We are very proud to offer you a patented System which allows you to improve your Yeast Management and to reduce costs and operating time.
BECA® VitaLog Expert - the yardstick of patented high-quality yeast management - now includes BECA® Vital living cell control, BECA® Variflow aeration and self-optimising yeast management.
The BECA® VitaLog Expert allows the user to carry out high quality propagation and the management of active and strongly fermenting yeast biomass (yeast cells) to exact target values without the need for continous monitoring and appropriate adjustments required by copycast systems. This self-regulating system improves propagation and adjusts itself to the yeast strain and to propagation requirements.
The innovative BECA® VariFlow yeast aeration system sets new benchmarks in gentle, high-quality sterile air impregnation. The compact stainless steel control unit avoids the usual additional damaging sheer forces from air jets and enables optimised impregnation in the control range of 10-100%.
High quality aseptic construction without CIP/SIP dead spaces are a matter of course for BECA®.
This test unit may connected by local flexible tubes to the services and local yeast tank.
